That's why they all undergo a rigorous 3-step quality control process before being shipped.<\/h6><h6>However, if a defective or mislabeled product were to pass our quality control or be damaged during shipping, we would take responsibility and offer a new product.<\/h6><h5 id=\"h-qu-hacer-en-caso-de-art-culo-da-ado\"><span id=\"%C2%BFQue_hacer_en_caso_de_articulo_danado\" class=\"ez-toc-section\"><\/span><strong>What to do in case of a damaged item?<\/strong><\/h5><h6>If you receive a defective item, please send us photos of the product in question and its delivery note to <a href=\"mailto:stuckgumclub@gmail.com\">stuckgumclub@gmail.com<\/a>.<\/h6><h5 id=\"h-art-culos-perdidos-durante-el-env-o\"><strong>Items lost during shipping:<\/strong><\/h5><h6>We've already reviewed Stuck Gum's return policy. Now let's see what to do in case of a lost item.<\/h6><h6>Your order includes a tracking number; please check it. You'll find the tracking number in your Dashboard or in your order confirmation email. If you see little to no change in your tracking information for an extended period, it's likely that your package was lost in transit.<\/h6><h6>This is what you would have to do in that case:<\/h6><ul><li><h6>Please check that the shipping address is correct.<\/h6><\/li><li><h6>Contact your local post office to locate the package.<\/h6><\/li><li><h6>If the address was correct and the post office couldn't locate it, please let us know within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.<\/h6><\/li><li><h6>Once we receive your notification and confirm the details, we will cover the printing and shipping costs of a new product.<\/h6><\/li><\/ul><h6>Please note that we cannot cover the shipping costs for a new product if the tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered.<\/h6><h5 id=\"h-1-devoluci-n-realizada-por-el-transportista\"><strong>Return made by the carrier:<\/strong><\/h5><h6>If the carrier is unable to deliver the order to the stipulated address, the package will be sent back.<\/h6><h6>By default, the package is returned to the logistics center that sent it.<\/h6><h6>Another reason a carrier might return a product is if it wasn't claimed. If the customer doesn't pick up the order at their post office or the carrier's branch, the shipment will be returned.<\/h6><h5><span id=\"%C2%BFComo_evitar_este_tipo_de_devoluciones\" class=\"ez-toc-section\"><\/span><strong>How can we avoid these types of returns?<\/strong><\/h5><h6>These orders are usually returned because the customer has provided an incorrect, incomplete, or illegible address.
